Updated June 2, 2022
Please note: this policy may evolve as local and state guidelines change.
Please follow the policies and protocols below while participating in Lighthouse in-person programs.
For All In-Person Programming
We highly recommend anyone, including youth ages 5 and up, attending an in-person program to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
If you are unvaccinated, we encourage you to participate in one of our many virtual programs.
Masks For In-Person Programming
Masks are not required for events or classes at Lighthouse, but they are highly encouraged.
Are You Well?
If you feel ill or have a temperature over 100.0, please stay home. If you’re part of an in-person workshop, instructors are willing to share information that was discussed and handouts that were distributed if you are unable to attend classes due to COVID-related symptoms.
Clean Hands
Wash your hands frequently. Hand sanitizing stations can be found in every room.
If Local Guidelines Change
We will follow state and local guidelines regarding masking and gathering. If gathering restrictions are put in place by local authorities, all in-person programming will migrate to virtual programming, and all registrations will transfer accordingly. If masking guidelines change, we will follow those guidelines as well. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund tuition after the start of a program for situations beyond our control, such as observing official government policies.
For information on Colorado COVID-19 vaccinations, proof of vaccination, and Colorado laws regarding proof of vaccination, please see the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment here.
We’re closely monitoring the evolution of COVID-19 while balancing the safety of our community with the desire of many in our community to connect in person. We thank you for your patience and for your help keeping the Lighthouse community safe.
