Write Denver is a collaborative write-the-city project hosted by Lighthouse Writers Workshop. Write Denver's mission is to get people writing and to then share those words in surprising, joyful ways. We want everyone to know that their story counts and that it’s worthy of being shared, no matter who they are or where they come from.
Write Denver programs include:
- Hard Times Writing Workshop at Denver Public Library, for writers experiencing homelessness or difficult times
- Workshops for refugees at Emily Griffith School, in collaboration with Picture Me Here
- The Write Age writing workshops for seniors, in conjunction with Denver Parks
