Kass is a Colorado native who joined Lighthouse in November 2022 as the Operations Manager. She comes from a background of working in operations in the finance industry for the past several years. Before that, she worked for various nonprofit theater companies across Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in technical theater. In her free time, she can be found cooking, baking, or trying her best in a spin class.
