Camille Brightsmith

Camille Brightsmith is a songwriter, writer and teacher. She has written and produced songs and lyrics for film and TV (Friday Night Lights, What Happens In Vegas) and is a current member of The Book Project. Camille has a talent for teasing out the unique voices and hidden stories of her students. Her current novel is historical fiction focused on women's stories and takes place in Central City, Colorado during the gold rush. Camille has taught in Jefferson County Schools and has dozens of private students all over the front range. She loves Prince, protest music, chocolate, children and finding wild food in the woods.
