Christen Aldridge

Christen Aldridge is a Colorado born and Denver raised creative. She is a mother, writer, filmmaker, freelance videographer, and digital marketer. Christen also is a passionate educator with years of experience teaching kids video production. Her writing has been published in Mavenly+CO.com, Belle Magazine, Odysseyonline.com and TEDXMileHigh.com. She has created videos for small businesses and organizations like NAACP of Denver, North Carolina Department of Transportation, and TEDXMileHigh. Now she is currently working as a freelance social media manager. 

Christen is no stranger to Lighthouse. She was in the Youth program from 6th grade to 12th grade and a member of the first Youth Author Collaborative, formerly known as the Youth Council. She got reacclimated to Lighthouse after attending some Writers of Color meetups. Christen is excited to return to her stomping ground to teach the next generation of writers while sharing her love of movies and social justice with her students.
