Earlier this year, Elle’s debut memoir, THE OFFICER’S DAUGHTER, was published by Harper Collins.  It’s the story of a family, a terrible tragedy, and the power--and ultimately the freedom--of forgiveness. The New York times called it an “immensely moving book.” The memoir received starred reviews from both Publishers Weekly and Kirkus Reviews, and was featured as a Best New Books pick in People Magazine.
