Genevieve Walker is a nonfiction writer, poet, and magazine editor who splits time between Portland, Maine and Brooklyn, New York. Her essays, reviews, features, and poetry have appeared in The San Francisco Chronicle, Take Shape, HODINKEE, GQ, PULP, A Women’s Thing, Bon Appétit, Real Life, The Pitchfork Review, Tablet, Guernica, and others. She holds an MA from NYU’s Journalism Institute and an MFA from St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn. She’s currently working on a memoir and a collection of hybrid essays.
