4-Week: Horror and Mystery

$205.00 Members
$230.00 Non-members

What draws readers into mystery and horror fiction? Where do we locate the mysterious within our own writing, and how do we engage with the hideous and the strange? This course will explore what it means to create work that seeks to unsettle as much as it intrigues. We will engage with multifaceted applications of the horrifying and the mysterious, and explore the concept in our own writing.

Please note that our 4-week workshops do not include formal critiques, though there may be opportunities for informal sharing. If you’d like your work critiqued in depth, please see the 8-week workshop listings.
