In this seminar we’ll spend time discussing the ways that meditation and other mindfulness and imaginative techniques can be used to support and bolster a writing practice. Then, we’ll jump in and try out some of the strategies for ourselves—tapping into our alpha brain waves (which neuroscientists have correlated with boosted creative thinking)—and seeing firsthand how they can affect our creative process and output. You’ll leave with some ideas for rituals and practices to build (or add to) your own writing routine.
