The Writer's Studio Craft Talk with Kevin Young: The Lyric Body

$65.00 Members
$75.00 Non-members

Join us as we explore recent adventures in the ancient form of the lyric, that primal mode of song and sustenance. Where does the line live? In beats? In breath? Participants will discuss various forms—including the three-line novel and the sonnet—in order to discover new paths in reading and writing. While we'll be discussing poetry, writers of all genres are encouraged to come and learn how the lyric can enliven their work.

Tickets for Young's on-stage reading and interview are available here. Discounted tickets are available for students, seniors, teachers, and veterans, and through our All-Access Pass.
