Writing in Color (March): A Mixer for Colorado Writers of Color

$0.00 Members
$0.00 Non-members

Writing in Color is a program of Lighthouse Writers Workshop focusing on Colorado writers of color. The program includes monthly mixers which aim to connect writers of color with peers to share ideas, inspirations, new work, successes, challenges, and resources to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive writing community in Colorado.

Join us in March as we'll spend the first hour writing–we’ll supply prompts based on the work of the incomparable Edwidge Danticat. Bring your journals, pens, and your beautifully creative self. As always, we'll have light snacks and beverages. Attendance is free, though we kindly ask you to RSVP.

The mixer will be followed by a reading from Porsha Olayiwola, Boston Poet Laureate.
