Payment Plan Policy

Lighthouse Writers Workshop is happy to arrange payment plans for workshops or other offerings. You can request a payment plan by submitting a payment plan request form

Setting up a payment plan:

Payment plans are set up through Partial.ly, an automated payment software. Once a payment plan request has been submitted, you'll hear from our staff and receive an email from Partial.ly. Using that email, you will be able to review and agree to the terms of your payment plan and enter your payment information. It's important to agree to the terms of your plan as soon as possible in order to secure your spot. Workshop spots are not reserved until payment plan terms are accepted. If the terms are not accepted before the first scheduled payment date, Partial.ly will automatically cancel the payment plan. Once you agree to the terms of your plan, our team will enroll you in the course and you will receive a registration confirmation email.

When submitting a payment plan request, please note these key requirements:

  • Payments must be made in equal installments.
  • Payments will be deducted automatically from your account in scheduled increments from the plan start date.
  • The first payment date should be set for at least one business day after the request is submitted.
  • We ask that payment is completed before the workshop's final meeting date.

Other important information:

While we strive to get payment plans set up as soon as we can, it can sometimes take up to a week to start the plan from the date we receive the request. If you are submitting a payment plan request on the first day of a class, please call us at 303-297-1185. We may not be able to accommodate last minute payment plan requests.

Refunds are not available for payment plan cancellations made after the corresponding workshop has started.

Lighthouse reserves the right to charge late fees and interest on any overdue balance. Customers who default on payment plans more than once may not be eligible to receive future payment plans.
