Writer's Studio

Throughout the year, Lighthouse brings acclaimed and up-and-coming writers to Denver for craft sessions, on-stage conversations, readings, Q&As, and other events. Books by the authors are available at all events, courtesy of the Tattered Cover.

Our next Writer's Studio guest is Adam Johnson, author of The Orphan Master's Son, which won the Pulitzer Prize, and the National Book Award-winning Fortune Smiles. Johnson will participate in an on-stage reading and conversation with author and Lighthouse instructor Erika Krouse at 6:00 PM on December 7 in the Lewis Sharp Auditorium at the Denver Art Museum. Following the conversation, Johnson will answer audience questions and sign his books, which will be available for purchase on site from Tattered Cover Bookstore.

On December 8, Johnson will teach a craft class at Lighthouse, Troubling Narratives, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

Tickets and all-access passes for The Writer's Studio with Adam Johnson will go on sale October 2.
