Lighthouse Writers Workshop’s Book Project is an intensive, two-year program for writers of book-length manuscripts (novel, narrative nonfiction, memoir, short story collections). Launched in the fall of 2013, the project has seen its first group of 18 (12 fiction writers, 6 memoirists) complete their first year—to stunning results.
During the past year there were a number of Book Project weekend intensives held at Lighthouse. At the April 25th Book Project intensive, projecteers listened in as their mentors, William Haywood Henderson, Erika Krouse, Brad Wetzler, and BK Loren discussed craft topics and gave genre-specific presentations.
